What type of vehicles do you have?

We always carry out transfers with high-end vehicles, preferably Mercedes.

Our vehicles: Mercedes Sedan, Mercedes Minivan, Mercedes Minibus and VIP Coaches, up to 55 seats.

Is the price per person or per car?

The price is per vehicle including luggage, taxes, waiting at the airport up to 1 hour, etc.

Delays or unannounced and unscheduled waits unrelated to our company will be billed as extras.

How much baggage can I take?

Normally our vehicles admit one carry-on bag for each passenger, if the luggage is more voluminous, it must be indicated.

In cases of excess baggage or special baggage, you must expressly indicate this in the reservation.

Is the transfer direct or will it stop en route?

Our services are direct from the airport or collection point to the hotel or address indicated by the client.

How do I contact the driver?

When you arrive at the airport or train station, the driver of the vehicle will wait for you with a visible sign.

When do I pay for the service?

As agreed with the requested reservation, you can make the payment via PayPal with a credit card, prior transfer, etc.

Depending on the case and circumstances, we will give you an acceptable solution to your interests.

Do you have a chair / booster?

Yes, we have chairs or elevators for babies and children or babies occupy a place in the vehicle just like an adult.

You must expressly indicate the age of the children who will travel.

Are your vehicles insured?

You will contract directly with the carrier, we are a serious company, we are not a travel platform.

Our entire fleet has mandatory insurance and a transport card, as established by European ordinances, and they insure both the driver and all passengers.

How do I calculate the pick-up time for the return?

We will recommend the pick-up time depending on the circumstances, by origin of the trip, by traffic during pick-up time, taking care of your luggage and if you will be in possession of your boarding pass.

Can I smoke in your vehicles?

By regulation it is totally forbidden to smoke in passenger transport vehicles.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

You don't have to worry, our drivers always have the flight information and will be waiting for you.

Do I have to tip the driver?

If you see fit and the driver has been friendly and courteous, you can tip.

Only if you want, you are not required to tip.

Can I change / cancel my reservation?

The client must provide all the information regarding the collection point and destination.

Customers also have to communicate any change or modification more than 24 hours in advance to Minibus Mercedes by email: info@minibusmercedes.com and be informed of the new quote. Otherwise there will be no refund of the amounts received for the canceled service.

Transfers from the airport will have a waiting time of 60 minutes from the arrival of the flight.

Why does it cost less than with other transfer companies?

We are not a platform or transfer company, we are a Passenger Transport company and we contract directly with you.
